The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn swimwear or items with removed hygiene liners.
2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll process your full refund or exchange.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos.
We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
